Email support

Send a message to support@playcoloryx.com. Include your device platform, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Purchases

For Google Play or App Store billing issues, include the product, purchase date, and store order reference where available. Do not send full payment card details.

Custom puzzle generation

If a generated puzzle fails or credits are affected, include the approximate time of the attempt and the settings used, such as pixel size, color count, and style.
