Delete your Coloryx account and data

You can request deletion of your Coloryx account and related app data. This page explains what information we need and which data can be deleted or may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@playcoloryx.com .
2. Use the subject line Delete Coloryx account.
3. Include your platform, account email or sign-in method, and any details that help us identify the correct account.

Data that can be deleted

• Account-related app data and Firebase account links.
• Custom generated pixel puzzles and related job data.
• Saved puzzle progress and app state.
• Temporary source image references if still present.
• Credit and entitlement data unless retention obligations apply.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained despite a deletion request where needed for purchase records, restoring in-app purchases, fraud and abuse prevention, tax or accounting obligations, legal evidence, disputes, or platform rules. This may include purchase events, hashed purchase tokens, transaction references, security logs, and support records.

Processing time

We process deletion requests once we can identify and verify the affected account. If the information is insufficient, we may ask for additional details. Requests are handled within the applicable legal deadlines.
