These Terms of Use apply to Coloryx, a pixel art puzzle game for creating and coloring custom puzzles. By using Coloryx, you agree to these terms.

Using Coloryx

Coloryx is provided by reimer.media e.K., Michael Reimer, Detmolder Str. 11, 33100 Paderborn, Germany. Coloryx lets you play built-in puzzles and create custom pixel puzzles from images you select. You are responsible for the images and content you upload or process through the app.

Accounts

Some features may use anonymous or signed-in accounts to save progress, credits, purchases, generated puzzles, and app settings. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device.

Custom images and generated puzzles

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Generated puzzles may vary in quality depending on image, settings, resolution, and available colors.
• We may reject, limit, or remove content if needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law and platform policies.

Credits, Pro features, and purchases

Coloryx may offer credits, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Credits and entitlements are used inside Coloryx and may be subject to store rules, technical limitations, and fraud prevention checks.

Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed through the app store account used for purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or App Store account.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits.
• Do not use Coloryx to create or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with purchase validation, credits, or security checks.
• Do not use automated scraping, credential abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Availability and changes

Coloryx may change over time. Features may be added, updated, limited, or discontinued. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

Coloryx is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coloryx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
